Have personally only replaced the soy sauce with fish sauce, because I saw that more often in traditional recipes and of course I’m a big fan of it.
All in all a nice sturdy pot, which from the looks of it I’m going to enjoy for a long time to come and I’m sure I’ll make other great recipes with it as well.
